01

Scope

Vertek Ventures LLC does business as Vertek Systems. In this policy, “Vertek Systems,” “Vertek,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Vertek Ventures LLC.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Vertek Systems website and the forms, scheduling tools and other interactions available through it. It does not replace the privacy terms in a separate agreement between Vertek Ventures LLC and a client.

02

Information we collect

Information you choose to provide

When you submit a project brief or contact request, we may receive your name, work email, company, website, number of locations, preferred contact window, area of interest, message and any other information you include.

Scheduling information

If you schedule through Cal.com, the information you enter is processed through Cal.com and made available to Vertek Systems so we can arrange and prepare for the meeting. Cal.com’s privacy policy also applies to its service.

Technical information

Our hosting, security and infrastructure providers may automatically process information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referral page, request logs and timestamps to deliver and protect the website.

First-party measurement

We record limited interaction information such as page path, selected calls to action, case-study views, referral source and campaign parameters. Vertek does not store an IP address in its first-party analytics tables.

03

How we use information

We may use information collected through the website to:

  • respond to inquiries and schedule meetings;
  • understand your goals and prepare relevant recommendations;
  • provide, maintain, secure and improve the website;
  • measure website performance and diagnose technical issues;
  • prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; and
  • comply with applicable law and protect legal rights.
04

When information is shared

We may share information with vendors that help us operate the website, manage forms, host data, schedule meetings, communicate with you or secure our systems. These providers process information under their own agreements and privacy terms.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate misuse, protect rights or safety, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition or transfer of business assets.

05

Cookies and measurement

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Nothing non-essential is stored until you choose. Your answer is kept in local storage under vertek_consent so we do not ask again; remembering that choice is strictly necessary and needs no consent itself.

If you accept: Google Analytics loads and sets its own cookies, with IP anonymisation enabled, and campaign parameters are held in session storage so we can tell which channel a visit came from. If you decline: neither happens. Google Analytics is never requested, and no identifier is written to your device.

Either way, we record limited first-party interaction data on our own server - page path, which calls to action were used, referral source and campaign parameters. That is stored against no identifier, writes nothing to your device, and is never sold or used to build an advertising profile. Clearing site data for this domain resets your choice and the banner returns.

06

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements and meeting legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No online service or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

07

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You may also unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message. Service-related replies to an inquiry or scheduled meeting are not promotional messages.

08

Children’s privacy

This business website is not directed to children under 13, and Vertek Systems does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it.

09

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, our services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page shows when the policy was last revised.
